- 1) You fill in our Online Quote/Order Form
- 2) You send us any NDA forms, screen shots and any other information about the project
- 3) We may call you via telephone in order to have a full understanding of your requirements
- 4) Together we agree to scope, style, delivery, and price
- 5) You will receive a mail notification from us with details of how to pay the deposit
- 6) After receipt of deposit payment, we will start designing the icons
- 7) We will produce 1-5 preliminary designs of each icon and email them to you for review
- 8) You review and send us feedback via email

- 10) We make the requested changes* from your feedback and send the revisions back to you again
- 11) You approve icons and the chosen icons are converted to the appropriate file formats
- 12) Generally at this time a request for the remaining balance is to be paid in full
- 13) Final icons are emailed to you
- 14) You put them in your software and the software is sold
- 15) End-users get the most intuitive software experience of their lives!
