All custom work belongs to the customer for which it was created. The customer retains the rights to the designs that they ultimately select. This type of purchase is not intended for resell nor redistribution. You may not sell any image (or part of an image) as part of any other stock collection. Once project is completed and your software is released for which the new icons were created for, Westcoast Icons and Design is permitted to use the newly created icons in our on-line portfolio on our web site solely for the purposes of Westcoast Icons and Design self promotion and not for other distribution, production or for any other revenue generation.

PRIVACY POLICY
Westcoast Icons and Design will not use any portion of any confidential information other than analysis pertaining towards the project and purpose. We can sign non-disclosure agreements if you require.

You may not copy or use them in any manner. The Icons may not be sub-licensed, resold, or otherwise made available for use or distribution separately or detached from a product, software application, or web page. The Icons may not be placed on any electronic bulletin board, or on-line in a complete, archived, downloadable format.
