As a 15 year experienced project and creative director, Jody Pfohl gives observant and thoughtful attention to each customers' needs. He has earned great loyalty from Westcoast Icons' clients. By designing professional custom software icons on budget and on time, he continues to exceed Westcoast's clients' objectives. Jody's most notable accomplishments to date is the challenge he took on for Microsoft Office 2003, Office 2007, Windows Vista and Windows Messenger.

Clients trust Jody to bring a major focus to the team by enhancing each product's user interface with well crafted and experienced solutions. An equal emphasis on experienced icon design, usability, creativity, and technical know-how allows him to keep Westcoast Icons & Design the premier icon design and consulting company.

Jody volunteers some of his time with various youth and adult outdoor activity groups.

Possessing almost 10 years experience as a graphic designer and illustrator, Vanda Malefyt is a fertile mind behind the design and creation of some of Westcoast's icons. In addition to her fresh ideas, fine eye for detail and strong technical skills, Vanda has helped create highly dynamic conceptual solutions for our clients.

Vanda originates from Sydney, Australia with a background and education in Communication Arts and Design, she has worked for some of Australias leading firms. She also is an accomplished illustrator having previously created imagery for the likes of Disney, Warner Bros and 21st Century Fox.

In her spare time she volunteers her skills and art pieces to environmental charities, she also enjoys painting, gardening, hiking, tinkering with machines that go "ping", finding new ways to make tofu interesting and exploring the great outdoors of Vancouver Island, her new favourite place. Her keen sense of humor and refined talent easily make her part of the team.

Chris brings a singular focus to the team - to enhance each product's user interface through the use of thoughtfully crafted icons. His knowledge of contemporary information technology interface systems, and specifically web based applications have been a valuable resource to Westcoast's clients.

Backgrounds in web development, creative design and video production have let Chris keep up to date with the various uses for graphical icons in today's business and consumer environments. His keen sense for visual composition and balance, and his creative ambition have made him a valuable player on the Westcoast team.

Currently, Chris is co-producing a locally made Indepmendant film that has been in production for six months and counting. In his spare time he volunteers as a leader for a local youth mountain biking group.
