Design Process

• You contact us with your information
• You send us any NDA forms, screen shots and anything else about the project
• We may call you via telephone in order to have a full understanding of your requirements
• We will send you a document that outlines the information needed
• Everyone agrees on scope, style, delivery, and price
• You will receive a mail notification from us with details on how to pay the deposit
• After receipt of deposit payment, we will start designing the icons
• We will produce 1-5 preliminary designs of each icon and email them to you for review
• You review and send us feedback via email (this may go back and forth a few times)
• You approve icons and the chosen icons are converted to the appropriate file formats
• Generally, at this time, a request for the remaining balance is to be paid in full
• Final icons are emailed to you
